CONCEPTUAL INQUIRY
For research we gathered data through an online questionnaire, interviews with people who consented to being interviewed on the questionnaire, and a photo study to those who couldn’t do an interview.

With the insight that we gathered from our conceptual inquiry, we focused our ideation on those aspects. We generated 60 ideas that seemed promising by using the Crazy Eights, eight ideas in eight minutes. We had a variety of sketches, from physical products, apps, and user experience layouts.
